The ministry of Latin America ChildCare is dedicated to transforming the lives of needy children with the Good News of Jesus Christ through education and ministries of compassion.

My parents, Tom and Kathi Moore, serve as missionaries in the country of Belize. One of their roles in Belize is to coordinate the work of Latin America ChildCare (LACC). The ministry of LACC is dedicated to transforming the lives of needy children with the Good News of Jesus Christ through education and ministries of compassion.

At Builders International, we are excited about to the opportunity to help with an LACC building project in Cienaga, Colombia. This school was started by missionaries Mike and Naomi Lawrence and has grown to the point of offering all grades from K-12.

Cienaga, a community of 100,000 is made up primarily of banana farmers and fisherman, where the average income is $308 per month. An opportunity for education at this LACC school not only gives these children the education they need to excel, but also ensures they will have a Christian education.

This school has grown to a capacity of 620 current students. The next phase of development includes building and equipping a third and final level of the school to provide an opportunity for 200 additional students.

We are honored to be your hands extended.
